  • 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM | Tri Performance Swim (Coach Madhu)
  • 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM | Tri Performance Run (Coach Madhu)

Tuesday

  • 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM | Tri Performance Bike (Coach Madhu)

Thursday

  • 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM | Tri Performance Brick (Coach Madhu)

Friday

  • 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM | Tri Performance Swim (Coach Madhu)
  • 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM | Tri Performance Run (Coach Madhu)

Saturday

  • 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM | Tri Performance Swim (Coach Madhu)

Sunday

  • 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM | Tri Performance Long Bike (Coach Madhu)
What to Bring?
  • Arrive at least 5 minutes before class for setup and briefing.
  • Bring your own water bottle for all sessions.
For Swimming 🏊‍♂️
  • Swimsuit or Trisuit
  • Swimming Cap
  • Goggles
For Cycling 🚴‍♂️
  • Helmet (Mandatory)
  • Cycling pants or Trisuit (Optional)
