When booking accommodation under a promotion at Thanyapura Sports & Health Resort, please note that all payments are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early departures, and full prepayment is required at the time of booking. Guests can enjoy a complimentary upgrade to a Superior Pool Wing room (subject to availability on arrival day), with daily breakfast available from 06:30 to 10:30 hrs. An additional charge of THB 1,000 applies for each extra person, while children under 4 years old stay free in existing bedding.
Check-in begins at 14:00 hrs, with early check-in available from 08:00 hrs for a 50% room charge and before 08:00 hrs for a 100% room charge. Standard check-out time is until 12:00 hrs; however, late check-out up to 18:00 hrs incurs a 50% room charge, and after 18:00 hrs, a 100% room charge applies. Please note that early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
In our commitment to sustainability and as part of the Plastic Free Phuket campaign, we no longer provide plastic bottled water in our hotel rooms. Instead, each guest receives two reusable stainless steel water bottles, which can be refilled at drinking water stations located throughout the resort.
