  • Basic Muay Thai techniques: punches, kicks, elbows, knees
  • Footwork, balance, and coordination
  • Pad work, bag drills, and partner techniques
  • Respect, tradition, and mental discipline

Objective : To empower youth through the art of Muay Thai—building strength, focus, and self-confidence—while respecting Thai traditions and developing lifelong fitness habits.
