INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY
International Yoga Day is an annual celebration held every year on June 21, starting from 2015, following a declaration by the United Nations General Assembly in 2014.
Yoga is a practice that involves physical exercise, mental discipline, and spiritual activities, with its origins in India.
The idea for International Yoga Day was proposed by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Reiki Healing Yoga
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that aims to channel “universal life force energy” to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. It’s a form of energy healing where a practitioner uses their hands to either lightly touch or hover near a client’s body, believing that this action facilitates the flow of energy.
Preparation before joining the class:
1.Participants need to register in advance.
2.Participants should take a shower and wear clean attire.
3.Participants should enter the class before it begins.
